Ministry Leaders
You need a space to wrestle well so that you can love and lead others well.
Working in a church or ministry can be incredibly fulfilling, but it can also be draining, isolating, exhausting, and filled with struggle. Some of this is caused by the demands faced in ministry, personality conflicts, and lack of support. Many are so busy leading and serving that they don't have time or a safe places to talk through their own doubts, fears, and hurts. Others struggle to figure out how to balance family life with the demands of ministry leading to burnout or bitterness. Whether you are working in ministry now or have in the past, I want to give you space to voice your doubts and hurts, ask hard questions, and ultimately wrestle well so that you can continue to love and serve the community around you.
Moses said to the Lord, “You have been telling me, ‘Lead these people,’ but you have not let me know whom you will send with me. You have said, ‘I know you by name and you have found favor with me.’ ...The Lord replied, “My Presence will go with you, and I will give you rest.” Exodus 33:12, 14
